In the context of the trilogue negotiations on the reform of plant reproductive material (PRM), ECVC has sent along with a coalition of organisations an open letter to the negotiators from the European Parliament (rapporteurs and shadow rapporteurs) to remind them to defend the important modifications that the Parliament adopted in first reading related to farmers' rights on seeds, the protection and renewal of agrobiodiversity and of the diversity of actors who manage it, and the promotion of adapted rules for small-scale operators.
